Luné is an aesthetic affirmations app designed to deliver daily positive affirmations with customizable themes, visual effects, and home screen widgets. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Luné. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Luné offers a free tier with limited content and optional premium access through:
All purchases are processed through your Apple ID account via the App Store. Subscription payments are charged at the start of each billing period. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features as the app evolves. We will not reduce the core value of premium access without reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service. In the event the app is permanently discontinued, no refunds will be issued for active subscriptions beyond the current billing period.
You may create custom affirmations using the "Write Your Own" feature. You are solely responsible for the content you create. Custom affirmations are stored locally on your device and are not monitored or moderated by us.
All content within Luné — including affirmations, visual designs, animations, themes, and branding — is owned by Luné and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share affirmations for personal use but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

Luné provides affirmations for motivational and inspirational purposes only. The content is not intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.
Luné is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to data loss or interruption of service.
This agreement is between you and Luné only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to Luné.
In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, Luné (not Apple) will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
